Exclusive chocolate factory in Portugal

A chocolate factory in Portugal, which makes chocolate nuggets, balls, bars, trays and cream, all for making chocolate cake toppings and fillings, only for small exclusive market.

Pelltech PK100 boiler works 24/7 to heat the machines (beaters) where the mixture of ingredients is produced, keeping the butter deposits always liquid, to ensure that the chocolate flows through the pipes at around 50º C.

Same boiler also makes hot water for cleaning tools and sanitary use.
