Powder coating ovens heated with hot air generators

Together with our partner Eurowarm srl, we have installed our first high-temperature hot air generator units for powder coating ovens in Italy.

The units are designed to maintain a stable 180°C air temperature inside the ovens while delivering an impressive 54,000 m³ of air per hour.

Pellets are supplied automatically through a vacuum pellet transport system, allowing the pellet silo be located further away from the heater.

As with our other Pelltech heating solutions, the hot air generators are equipped with a fully automatic cleaning and ash removal system, reducing maintenance requirements and ensuring reliable operation.

A great example of how pellet heating can be adapted to demanding industrial applications.
