Pelltech Public range burners are fully compatible with oil and steam boilers, baking ovens, driers and other similar systems that require cost effective and sustainable heating solutions. The burners are self cleaning with automated ash removal system.

Installation and setup of PV50b burner is simple and straightforward because it uses an ordinary 90mm oil burner flange and standard oil burner plugs. Once up and running, our burners require very little maintenance thanks to fully automated control system. These burners can be managed online from any smart device, making it easy to check status, update software or change parameters on the go. With its excellent burning quality, high efficiency and multiple safety features the burner complies with all European standards.

Domestic and public augers

Pellet auger is a device that transports pellets from silo to the burner according to the fuel amount needed. Burner controls the auger, calculates the fuel amount (using an internal feeder and fuel level sensors) and gives the command to the auger on a right moment to start or stop.

We produce pellet augers with a length starting of 1,5 m and by request we can deliver an auger up to 9m. Our standard solutions of augers are up to 6m.

Silos

In our product range you can find silos produced by MAFA. The versions of Mini and Midi are neat, durable and practical containers for the storage of fuel pellets. They are designed for indoor use and intended for consumers that use loose or bagged pellets.

Micro, Mini and Midi are manufactured in durable galvanized plate and are provided with a 45° cone which ensures efficient and complete emptying of the container without any sawdust collecting on the bottom. Standard features include an internal grid that functions both as protection and support when filling with bagged pellets. A 100mm rotatable auger inlet is easily adjusted to fit the different types of fuel pellet augers available in today’s market.
