Industrial Pelltech burners serve an effective and inexpensive solution for different heating systems like oil and wood boilers, steam production and generation, hot air dryers, evaporators etc.

The burner is fully automated with an integrated control system. PV700 is not only easy to set up but also easy to maintain. Automatic cleaning system provides stable burning conditions and efficient combustion over long working periods. In order to withstand high temperatures the burning chamber is surrounded with ceramic tiles.

By developing our products we put extra emphasis on safety. For instance there is a backup battery and sprinkler/powder system among other safety devices. All industrial burners are equipped with internet module as standard. Therefore it is possible to upgrade the software, observe and control the burner online.

This product has been engineered and tested in accordance with European safety standards.

Pellet auger is a device that transports pellets from silo to the burner according to the fuel amount needed. Burner controls the auger, calculates the fuel amount (using an internal feeder and fuel level sensors) and gives the command to the auger on a right moment to start or stop. We produce pellet augers with a length starting of  1,5 m and by request we can deliver an auger up to 9m. Our standard solutions of augers are up to 6m.
